  • Do I need an industry qualification? Yes, you need to be a qualified Beauty Therapist, Massage Therapist or Allied Hands-on professional
  • Where do the workshops take place? Central Auckland, either Greenlane or Parnell
  • Do I need to bring a model? No, you don’t need to bring a model. A really important element of the workshop is that you get to learn and experience all the techniques
  • Will I get a certificate? Yes you will
  • Are payment plans available? Yes, you can spread the cost of the workshops over 4 payments

Workshops take place in Auckland and Christchurch. Therapists come from all over NZ, covering Gore to Russell so far, I’ve also been delighted to welcome Therapists from overseas. Both the Auckland and Christchurch Classes are very centrally located.  In Auckland approximately half hour drive from the airport and about 5 mins drive from SH1.  In Christchurch facial classes take place at the gorgeous Flow Therapeutics.

  • Places on workshops are secured with a 25% non-refundable deposit which must be received within 2 weeks of booking a place.
  • Workshops must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the workshop.
  • Payment plans can be organised, in this case it is your responsibility to ensure instalments are paid on time.
  • Workshop dates are subject to change, should this happen you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  • No refunds or credits for partially completed or missed classes.
  • In the event that you cancel your booking, any payments made will be refunded as follows: 
  • More than 1 month: Courses cancelled with more than 1 calendar months notice are eligible for a full refund (excluding the non-refundable 25% deposit).
  • More than 1 week: Courses cancelled with more than 1 weeks’ notice are eligible for 50% refund, less the non-refundable 25% deposit, or you can select to send another therapist to take your place as an alternative. 
  • Within 7 days: Courses cancelled within a week of commencement are not eligible for any refund, but you are welcome to send another therapist to take your place as an alternative. 
  • Please note, for all workshops, unless otherwise stated, you will need to be qualified or working towards your qualification. If you have been out of the industry for a while but want to get back into it, A Facial Update & Refresh Session is ideal for you.
